~ Salads ~

  • •Paula’s Spinach Salad- Spinach, marinated fresh pears, caramelized pecans, shaved Parmesan cheese with balsamic vinaigrette
  • Spring Mix- Mixed greens tossed with raspberry vinaigrette, topped with cranberries, goat cheese, tomatoes and cucumbers
  • Caesar Salad- Romaine lettuce tossed with garlic vinaigrette, grated Parmesan cheese and topped with croutons
  • House Salad- Mixed greens with tomato and cucumbers served with choice of two dressings

Chicken

  • •Marsala- Sautéed breast of chicken topped with a savory sauce of mushrooms and Marsala wine
  • Cordon Bleu - Chicken breast stuffed with Canadian bacon and Swiss cheese, served with a creamy dijon sauce
  • Piccata - Seasoned breast of chicken sautéed with white wine, lemon, butter and capers
  • Teriyaki - Breast of chicken seasoned with a teriyaki glaze and pineapple garnish
  • Grilled Chicken - Choose a lightly seasoned, BBQ or Cajun breast of chicken

Fish

  • Tilapia- Pan seared tilapia served with butter, lemon and a white wine sauce.
  • Filet of Salmon- Salmon fillet grilled and topped with a tomato basil salsa
  • Halibut (Additional) -Grilled halibut served with a spicy fresh fruit salsa

Pork

  • Pork Loin- Tender pork served with a brandy apple cinnamon glaze
  • Baked Ham (Hand Carved) - Juicy baked ham served with a honey glaze
  • Pork Chop- Bone in chop served with braised cabbage

Beef

  • •Medallions of Beef- Tender marinated beef, slow cooked and served with our savory mushroom sherry sauce
  • Prime Rib of Beef (Hand Carved) – Slow roasted with a blend of spices, served with creamy horseradish and au jus
  • Top Sirloin - Seasoned lean cut of top sirloin steak, char-broiled and lightly brushed with seasoned butter
  • Filet Mignon (Market Price) - Tender filet char-broiled and served with a béarnaise sauce
  • Ribeye- Marinated full flavored steak seasoned and char-broiled

Vegetarian

  • Penne Pasta Primavera- Penne tossed with kalamata olives, vegetables, garlic and a fresh tomato sauce
  • Eggplant Parmesan- Fresh eggplant baked with marinara sauce topped with mozzarella cheese
  • Vegetarian Lasagna- Layered lasagna with vegetables and prepared with a cream sauce
  • Mediterranean Style Vegetables- Fresh vegetables sautéed and served with coos coos
